Introduction

All watches on Luxury Time NYC are pre-owned unless explicitly noted as new. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of luxurytimenyc.com (the "Site"), purchases, sales, trades, and all interactions with Luxury Time NYC ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Site or engaging in transactions, you agree to these binding Terms.

Definitions

"Merchandise" means luxury watches and jewelry containing precious metals or gemstones. "Transaction" includes buying, selling, trading, or sourcing. You represent you are 18+ and legally capable of entering contracts.

Purchase Terms

Ownership & Representations (Sellers)

If selling, you warrant: good title to Merchandise, full authority to sell, no liens/encumbrances, not stolen/counterfeit, free of hazardous materials, and compliance with all laws. Provide accurate descriptions; discrepancies may void Transactions.

Counterfeit Policy

Counterfeits, replicas, or altered serial numbers result in immediate rejection. We return at your expense or dispose after 30 days notice. Non-OEM extras are not valued.

Shipping & Insurance (Inbound)

Use our prepaid insured labels when provided. Risk of loss remains yours until receipt. International sellers cover export compliance; returns are your responsibility if offer declined.

Evaluation & Offers

We inspect, test, and may open/disassemble for valuation. Offers valid 30 days via seller portal. Accept/reject online; rejected items returned insured at our cost.

Payment

Payment issued within 6 business days of acceptance via your selected method, minus fees.

Sale Terms (Buyers)

Risk of Loss

Title/risk passes upon carrier handover. International buyers pay duties/VAT. No gift declarations or undervaluing.

Pricing & Descriptions

Prices subject to change; errors may lead to cancellation. Descriptions accurate but not warranted perfect.

All Sales Final

Governed by Return Policy. No refunds except as stated.

Site Use Rules

No unauthorized scraping, bots, spam, or hacking
No impersonation or privacy violations
No interference with site security/features
Account responsibility yours; under 18 requires guardian

Accounts & Billing

Keep info current. We may refuse/limit orders, require verification.

Intellectual Property

Site content is our property. No unauthorized use permitted.

Limitation of Liability

Site/Merchandise provided "AS IS". No warranties beyond stated. Liability capped at offer amount or $1,000 max per Transaction ($100 for counterfeits). No consequential damages.

Indemnification

You indemnify us against losses from your breaches, misrepresentations, or actions.

Arbitration & Governing Law

New York law applies. Disputes resolved exclusively via binding arbitration in NYC under AAA rules per Federal Arbitration Act. No class actions. Each party bears own costs.
