Return Eligibility
Timeframe: Initiate returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Condition: Watches must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with all packaging, accessories, boxes, papers, and documentation included.
Exclusions: Special orders, custom pieces, engraved items, sourced watches, sale/promotional purchases, or "Price on Request" items are non-returnable.
An unpacking video is mandatory for high-ticket items to verify condition upon receipt — required for claims of damage, missing parts, or inaccuracies.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Contact Us: Reach our team via phone, email, or form with your order number and reason. We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number promptly.
Pack Securely: Repackage in original materials, include all items, and label clearly with the RMA.
Ship Back: Customers cover return shipping; use insured carriers like FedEx for security. A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns/exchanges.
Refund & Exchange Processing
Refunds process within 5-7 business days after inspection and verification. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Exchanges swap for equal value items if available; restocking fee still applies.
